- Matts role is to drive the Recruitment and Resourcing strategy / agenda at G4S Plc. With primary responsibility in the EMEA Matt works closely with HR, Talent, marketing/comms and IT stakeholders to improve recruitment process, technology and best practise.
Matt is instrumental in the selection and implementation of ATS providers and recruitment technology solutions as well as developing the Social Recruiting Strategy for G4S. Matt works with teams across the world to help them understand how best to leverage technology and best practise to produce tangible cost savings and significant reductions in time to hire.
Matt is a well-known figure in the recruitment and resourcing industry and has a wealth of knowledge in digital resourcing and recruiting best practise and is often an invited speaker at industry events, he has been regularly featured in both industry and national press.
